Background

I have been engaged in the field of therapy, healing and massage for over twenty-five years. After developing Rheumatoid Arthritis and while seeking alternative treatments to heal myself, I became a Macrobiotics teacher and established the Institute for Health & Happiness.

I specialized in working with auto-immune and chronic illnesses, inspiring many women and children to go on transformational healing journeys.

Another major set back in my health made me realize even more the importance and impact of self-care, self-love and self-acceptance.

During those years I also discovered the hidden artist in me which supported my physical and emotional healing and reconnected me with my feelings of joy for life. I learned how to find hapiness in life again.

Thanks to the support and guidance of an excellent life coach, I discovered my true passion: becoming a life coach and system of support for moms myself. This transformed my life in many magical ways. View some of my artwork...

In my work I incorporate creative elements like collage, visualization, movement and story telling which helps people to tap into their greatest potential and then enjoy the journey.

For the past seventeen years I have lived in the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii – its gorgeous beaches and the healing sun support my ‘wellness’ lifestyle.

My favourite Self-Care activities include preparing and eating nourishing foods, walking, swimming, meditating, having inspiring conversations with friends – and much more.

I pursue my passions which include painting, enjoying time in nature, doing chi gong, being a powerful coach and mentor and an enthusiastic Self-Care Expert.

I coach and teach women around the world by phone, via skype and in person.
